Our Decadent Curtsy 

We will handle every detail from beginning to the end.  This is our full event planning package.  It includes all of our Elegant and Simple services as well as;

- Five face-to-face planning sessions at key times during the planning process 

- Unlimited pre-wedding communications via phone or e-mail 

- Assist with creating the "theme" or look of the wedding

- Negotiate contracts and pricing for all vendors

- Serve as primary point of of contact for vendors

- Budget development and consultation

- Consultation on Reception and Ceremony venue selections

- Arrange appointments for venue walk-through and accompany to each venue
- Arrange vendor meetings and accompany to meetings and assist with all selections to ensure a cohesive design 

- Wedding party attire consultation

-Assistance in selecting save the dates, invitations, place cards, etc.

- Final walk through at venues
- Assistance with blocking off hotel accommodations

- Assistance with transportation needs and arrangements. This includes transportation for the bridal party as well as for transportation specific to needs of the reception venue selected 

- One "Wedding Day Assistant" is included. 

(Additional assistants will be negotiated at a per hour rate determined by the number of guests, size and set up at the venue(s).  Additional assistants may be required with decor that requires extensive set-up.)

Our Elegant Curtsy  

You have done the bulk of your planning, but know that you want to take the month before and just enjoy yourself and be stress free.  Our "month of" wedding planning package begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding and includes all of our Day of Coordination  services along with;

- Two face to face meetings

- Vendor referrals

- Create the wedding timeline for vendors

- Liaison to all vendors during the last month

- Create rehearsal and wedding timelines for the wedding party and family

- Weekly phone conferences during the month

- Two hours of set up of decor at the reception and ceremony site

- One hour of assisted break down of ceremony and reception

Our Simple Curtsy 
Don't worry about a thing during your day, just sit back and relax and let us take over!  Our Day of Coordination package is for the bride and groom whom know what they want and have everything ready to go, but need a trusted professional in their corner on the day of the wedding.  Services include;  

- Unlimited email communication pre-wedding
- Three pre-wedding scheduled phone conference calls
- One face to face meeting

- Coordination for 8 hours day of the wedding

- 1.5 hours of rehearsal coordination

- Supervise and direct vendor set up

- Issue last minute payments to vendors

- Ensure vendors fulfill contract responsibilities
- Assist attendants in their duties

- Coordination of the wedding ceremony

- Coordination of the reception

For our DIY Brides who just need a little help here and there we have put together an a la carte menu for you

-          - Scheduled phone calls (charged per hour)
